Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Which carriers do you use?

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received, with tags and original packaging when applicable.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its description, contact us at contact@auramontco.com as soon as possible and within 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, return, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Who pays for return shipping?

For approved returns, Auramont covers return shipping costs. When applicable, we may provide a prepaid return label or return shipping instructions at no additional cost to the customer.

Do you charge a restocking fee?
