Return Window

Customers may request a return, exchange, or refund within 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.

The 14-day period begins on the date the order is confirmed as delivered by the carrier or tracking system. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law or approved by our support team as an exception.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, exchange, replacement, or refund, contact us at contact@auramontco.com within 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.

Please include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The item you want to return or exchange
  • The reason for the request
  • Photos or videos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its description

Our support team will review your request and provide the next steps by email.

Return Method

Approved returns must be sent by mail according to the instructions provided by our customer support team.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender.

Return Shipping Cost

For approved returns, Auramont covers return shipping costs. When applicable, we may provide a prepaid return label by email for download and printing at no additional cost to the customer, or provide return shipping instructions at no additional cost.

If the return is related to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly misdescribed item, Auramont will provide the appropriate return or replacement instructions after reviewing the request.

Restocking Fee

Auramont does not charge a restocking fee.

Eligible Items for Return

To be eligible for a return due to change of mind, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received, with tags and original packaging when applicable.

Items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from their description may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or other resolution after review by our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from their description. These may include:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without prior approval from our support team
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, accessories, or included components when applicable
  • Personal care, hygiene-sensitive, or intimate items when return would be inappropriate for health or hygiene reasons, unless defective or incorrect
  • Gift cards or digital products, if offered
  • Promotional gifts, unless they are part of a required return or resolution

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Not as Described Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from its description, contact us at contact@auramontco.com as soon as possible and within 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, return, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability and the nature of the request.

If you need a different size, color, variant, or replacement item, contact us within 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date. Our team will review availability and provide the next steps.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

After we issue a refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account. This timing is controlled by the payment provider and is outside our control.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@auramontco.com.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or shipment. If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery according to this policy.

Promotional Gifts

If your order included a promotional gift, such as a free leather wallet, the gift may need to be returned together with the purchased item if the order is returned for a refund, unless our support team states otherwise.

Promotional gifts have no cash value and are subject to availability.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received an approved refund after the expected processing time, please first check your bank account and contact your card issuer or payment provider, as posting times may vary.
