Do you accept change-of-mind returns?
Yes. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received, with tags and original packaging when applicable.
Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, alterations, or missing packaging may not be eligible for return.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described?

For approved returns, Auramont covers return shipping costs.
When applicable, we may provide a prepaid return label or return shipping instructions at no additional cost to the customer.
Do you charge a restocking fee?

How long does it take to receive a refund?
