We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled for orders placed through Auramont.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received;
  • Returned with its original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories, when applicable;
  • Free from signs of use, damage, washing, stains, odors, or alterations.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

2. How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your full name;
  • Order number;
  • Email used at checkout;
  • Reason for the return;
  • Photos or videos, if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email. The return address may be different from our registered business address, so customers must contact us before shipping any item back.

Auramont is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or sent to the wrong address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@auramontco.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number;
  • Clear photos or videos of the item;
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable;
  • A brief explanation of the issue.

After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, customization, or final-sale reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale;
  • Gift cards;
  • Personalized or custom-made items;
  • Items damaged by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear;
  • Products returned without original packaging or with signs of use.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees, handling fees, customs fees, duties, and taxes may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on product availability.

If the item you want is unavailable, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit. Customers are encouraged to contact us before requesting an exchange.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, the customer may request a return after receiving the order, subject to this policy.

9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, missing information, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees may apply.

Refunds for refused or undeliverable packages may exclude original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.
