Track Your Order

You can track your Auramont order using the tracking details sent to the email address used at checkout.

When Tracking Information Is Sent

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be sent by email when available. Please note that tracking updates may take an additional 24 to 48 business hours after shipment to become active in the carrier or tracking system.

To track your order:

Check the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address used at checkout.
Open the tracking link or copy the tracking number provided in the email.
If the tracking widget on this page is available, you may also use it to check your shipment status.

If Tracking Is Not Updating

Tracking updates may be delayed during weekends, holidays, carrier delays, high-volume periods, weather events, customs processing, or other events outside our reasonable control.

If your tracking number has not updated after a few business days, please contact our support team and include your order number so we can assist you.

If Your Order Is Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check:

Household members;
Neighbors;
Building reception;
Mailroom;
Front desk or concierge;
Local carrier office;
The delivery location listed in the tracking details.

If you are still unable to locate the package, contact us with your order number and tracking information. Our support team will review the situation and assist you with the next steps.
