Track Your Order

You can track your Auramont order using the tracking details sent to the email address used at checkout.

When tracking information is sent

Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Once your order is processed and shipped, tracking information is sent by email when available. Tracking updates may take an additional 24 to 48 business hours after shipment to become active in the carrier or tracking system.

How to track your order

1. Check the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address used at checkout.
2. Open the tracking link or copy the tracking number provided in the email.
3. If the tracking widget on this page is available, you may also use it to check your shipment status.

If tracking is not updating

Tracking updates can be delayed during weekends, holidays, carrier delays, high-volume periods, weather events, or other events outside our reasonable control.

If your tracking number has not updated after a few business days, contact our support team and include your order number.

If your order is marked delivered but not received

Please first check with household members, neighbors, building reception, mailroom, local carrier office, or the delivery location. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us with your order number and tracking information so we can assist you with the next steps.
