For orders shipped to the United States using Free Shipping, orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Shipping Charges and Hidden Fees
Free Shipping means the customer is not charged a separate shipping fee at checkout for the Free Shipping method.
We do not charge separate handling fees for the Free Shipping method. The shipping cost shown at checkout is the shipping cost charged to the customer for that order.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment, suite, unit, ZIP code, city, state, and country when applicable.
If an order is returned, delayed, or cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address, our support team will review the case and provide the available options. Additional shipping time may apply.

Customers may request a return, exchange, or refund within 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.
The 14-day period begins on the date the order is confirmed as delivered by the carrier or tracking system. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law or approved by our support team as an exception.

Return Shipping Cost
For approved returns, Auramont covers return shipping costs. When applicable, we may provide a prepaid return label by email for download and printing at no additional cost to the customer, or provide return shipping instructions at no additional cost.
If the return is related to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly misdescribed item, Auramont will provide the appropriate return or replacement instructions after reviewing the request.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, return, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available depending on product availability and the nature of the request.
If you need a different size, color, variant, or replacement item, contact us within 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date. Our team will review availability and provide the next steps.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
After we issue a refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account. This timing is controlled by the payment provider and is outside our control.
